My name is Paige Damore; I am the owner and chef of Buon Cibo LLC. I am originally from Saginaw, Michigan and currently live and work in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York, in 2018 and earned both an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Wine, Beverage and Hospitality. Since then, I have worked as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager for Marriott and Sonesta hotels and am currently the Assistant General Manager at Misericordia's Hearts & Flour Bakery and Cafe. I began Buon Cibo LLC the summer of 2020 after moving home to Saginaw amidst the pandemic and am very excited to bring my business here to the Chicago and Chicagoland area!
