About Buon Cibo

My name is Paige Damore; I am the owner and chef of Buon Cibo LLC. I am originally from Saginaw, Michigan and currently live and work in Anna, Texas. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York, in 2018 and earned both an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Wine, Beverage and Hospitality. Since then, I have worked as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager for Marriott and Sonesta hotels, worked as a private chef for some wonderful families and most recently was the Administrative Assistant for Truluck's. I began Buon Cibo LLC the summer of 2020 after moving home to Saginaw amidst the pandemic and am very excited to bring my business here to the DFW area! I look forward to having the opportunity to share my passion, knowledge and skills with all of you. Buon Appetito!
